File Imports
System
I upgraded by JVM to 1.4.2_12 and now get a "Java Not found on this machine" error when I try and import files.
It does this against both TS6.1 and TS6.7
I tried reverting back to an earlier JVM version but it did not solve the problem.
A customer has this issue as well.
Any assistance gratefully recieved. Support seem pretty stumped as well.
Simon

I am assuming you did it on the client machine and not on the actual TeamSite server. In that case, did you try restarting the client machine and did you try accessing any other similar java-enabled pages?
HTH.

Thanks for your response.
Yes I was trying to import on a client machine (windows xp service pack2). Machine has been rebooted a few times!
If I go
www.java.com
and use their validator tool (
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
) it verifys my instalation.
