Standalone DataDeploy 6.1 hangs on Windows host

I am running a standalone deployment of a single xml file to a MySQL database that exists on the same host as the opendeploy process. Actually have 2 mysql databases on the same host (versions 4.1.21 and 5.0.15). I used to be able to deploy no problem when I only had 5.0.15 on there. After adding 4.1.21, deployments to either database hang waiting for login, and will continue to finish if I kill the opendeploy 6.1 service.

I can login to both databases in a command prompt when opendeploy is running. I don't see any sort of error in the log files indicating a port conflict.

I uninstalled version 4 and still am seeing the same issue.

Any ideas?

Where does it stuck in OD log files? Should be helpful if you attach the log files.
