I have an end user who keeps getting and error when opening Word 2003.

The error that the COM addin iman02k cannot be found popped up twice followed by a popup asking to enable or disable Interwoven. I managed to correct the second error by removing the startup file that was in the Office 2003 startup folder. I can't figure out how to fix the first problem

Does your end-user's machine have WorkSite Office Integration installed? If so, and if they would like to keep the integration in Word, you may want to reinstall the WorkSite Client, i.e., Filesite/MailSite, DeskSite, etc. Or, you may add the imano2k.dot back to the startup directory, and register the imanoxp.dll.

If they don't want to have WorkSite Office Integration in their Office apps, then you might need to remove the progids from the registry keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\iManO2K.AddinForWord2000]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\iManO2K.AddinForWord2000]

As long as these keys are still there, Word will try to load the COM-
Addin of WorkSite Office Integration, and you will get the error.
