All for one user, the metadata is not populated in Library Manager. Is there some access issue?

I think the issue was that the user did not have an updated libmgr.xml file. I copied my libmgr.xml to their pc and they can see the metadata now.

If generating model failed, this could be the one reason you won't get the metadata effects in library manager.
