CCpro Custom Item

I'm trining to follow the example reported on CustomizationGuide.
I added the following code in ui_custom.xml under content_center>customer_src>etc>conf folder

but I don't visualize anything!

Maybe I miss something....but what I miss to do?

You are missing on to search and read the devnet forums as well as the manuals. On actual terms have you rebuild the customer toolkit?

I was read customization guide and I was rebuilded via make_toolkit.ipl script but any new items appeared in view menu!

Did you do a complete refresh of your browser window?
If your browser is caching pages you might not see the change until after you force a refresh.

looks like you're not only trying to add a menu item, but an entire menu... Not sure if that's possible (in that way)...

Here's the example we have to add some stuff to the File menu.

Also, don't mention the operationID if you don't use it (to exclude items by role). And write the link item as a one element/, not with separate open, close tag.
