An error occurred in the COM add-in named 'iMano2k'.

This only happens in microsoft word when launching a document for the first time. if I then close the document but leave word open and open another document no error is generated. I searched interwovens knowledge base and found a would be solution, but it does not work................

Resolution:
The following are a set of options that have been known to resolve this error. Sometimes only one or two items below need to be performed in order to resolve an issue, other times all the steps below are necessary.
Delete/rename the Normal.dot and re-launch Word or Excel, reset the toolbar within; check for multiple Normal.dot files on the workstation using File | Find;
Rename the Microsoft Office Addin integration keys (see below) in the registry to .old;
Re-register the imanO2k.dll or imanOXP.dll;
If the issue still occurs, after performing the above steps, please contact WorkSite Technical Support.

Hi, if you are using dot files for this integration, try this:
1.- Open the dot file and go to the Visual Basic window
2.- Open the menu options -> references
3.- Check if you have the Worksite Windows2000 Integration checked
4.- In that case uncheck it, and if you don't have users in your network with this version of office, compile and save your dot file.
5.- If you need to use office 2000, after compiling and saving check again the option and repeat the comile + save proccess.
6.- Close Word and try to use...
This is not very common but solved me the problem, however I know it is not 100% effective..
Hope it helps you
