Worksite web not refreshing

Hi to all, I'm having problems with the customization of worksite web, I'm editing the css files to change the look and feel of Worksite web and when I change something in this files and after I refresh the web browser it doesn't refresh until a lot of minutes. After .... minutes it refreshs succeed.

Has anybody have this issue?, could anybody know how to solve this problem?

Check your browser settings. I've noticed that if you delete the CSS from your browser's temporary folder and then refresh the WorkSite page using F5, you'll get the new CSS file.

It could also be IIS caching it's copy of the CSS file. the command line IISRESET command (on the web server) will re-start IIS and the .NET services, which will clear any cache - but this is not a great option on a shared web server box as it will restart ALL IIS web sites (and lose all current user sessions).
