VF tool bar question

Hi,

I have a question on VF tool bar.

You have 2 viewas icons - WYSIWYG and html view. By default when the VF is loaded the user will be see WYSIWYG get editor, but my requirement is I want the html view to be defaulted as soon as VF loads.

The file I am looking is visualformatconfig.xml and the directory I am looking for reference is ewebpro.

Any help here is highly appreciated.
