name recognizer issue

I have the formal name recognizer that Clark mentioned. When I run iwgenmetadata, I get the following:

    General.Keywords
    string
    San Francisco
    James Beard Foundation
    Bradley Ogden
    fresh American cuisine
    classic farm


    name.person

    James Beard

    Michael Dellar
    Marin County
    Santa Clara

So metatagger.cfg is generating the correct info (as correct as Santa Clara and Marin County being persons can be. )

But when I try to tag via TS, the 4 other engines (keywords, summary, etc) get populated correctly, but this is empty every time. There are re-Tag AND Add/Edit (like it is a taxonomy) buttons so it recognizes that they are MetaTagger, but no data.

From metatagger.cfg:

but the files in metatagger.conf are name.person.en.*

Any clue ? Tips/pointers/RTFMs appreciated.

There is an issue here with the field name and how TS is reading the metadata record. Clark walked Andy and I through a fix by adding a bogus field.

I will try to package the fix with the name process set so it is included in the future.
