URL prefix for send link from web interface

Hi,

In outlook integration, the URL prefix is configured in the library manager, but for web, it seems the URL prefix will always follows the one in the address field of the browser. Is there any way to make the URL prefix in web interface pre-configurable just like the case in Outlook integration module.

This is needed because the WSMP server has external access over internet which they force it to use SSL (HTTPS), while internal user will just use HTTP in order to reduce the loading on the server for encryption. In this case an internal user sends a link to external user, the URL will be starting with HTTP instead of HTTPS, and becomes not usable for external user.

Any idea?
