Getting Blue Screen while preview or accessing the workarea in Y:\

Hi ,

TS 6.5 , Win 2003 SP1 .

I am getting Blue Screen when i try to preview a dcr or when I try to browse to the workarea folder through Y:\

Getting following memory errors

0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xf82ff0a5, 0xf8872a8c, 0xf8872788)

Could any one enlist me the possible reasons for this Blue Screen .

Hi Rohit,
I have in my mind, that only TS 6.5 SP2 is supported to run on Win2003 SP1.
Perhaps you try to install SP2...
