I would suggest contacting Support - however it sounds to me like either you aren't starting up the services as 'root' - or some of the permissions (like setuid / setgid bits) got messed up in your installation.

The server was up and running for months, but now suddenly it has gone down. Even after complete solaris reboot. We encounter this error and open api , servlet engine are not coming up.

And what does that have to do with anything?

Clearly something changed with regard to your TeamSite server - and unless you know for a fact that nobody installed additional software and/or ran any commands on the system that might have altered permissions or anything else on the system -- you should run the IWOV Support Diagnostic script and open a case with them to help them help you diagnose and repair the problem.

I am also getting same sort of problem, I am getting following error in the servletd log.

Starting tomcat. Check logs/tomcat.log for error messages
No apps in webapps/

You need to post some relevant information, what level of TS, what OS, did this server run TS before, what has changed since it was working ?

It *looks* like this is a new install that did not complete.
