Opendeployment is failing if use 2 nodeRef useNode

Hi,

The deployment is failing if i use 2 nodeRef in the replicationfarm name.

for eg. the attached code is working fine in the test.xml if i use comment tag between 2 node ref but the code is failing if i remove the comment tag between the node ref.

Can anyone correct me where is the problem in the deployment.

Have you checked in ODNodes, the other server name is mapped properly. As per the given code, nothing seems to be wrong with it.

Make sure that MNE1035M is correctly defined in your odnodes.xml file and that the Receiver (presumably) is in fact running on that server and can be connected to from the Base Server (i.e.: can you run

telnet mne1035m-hostname-or-ipaddress 20014-or-configured-deployment-port

)

Also - in the future, if something is failing - please provide information about what version(s) of the product you are using, what platform(s) and what the error indicators are (i.e. log file extracts or error messages shown on the command line)

The code attached is the same which you have written with in the text. This is the code which you provide as the config file to Open Deploy. I was asking about the odnodes files... where the details of the server node is defined. Have you checked that??

As in your case ... the node name "MNE1035M" must be mapped with either some IP or server name as mne1035m.yourcompany.com.

The way you attempted to do so is the correct way - if something is failing it helps to know in what way it is failing, what error messages are presented either at the command line or any of the various log files. Otherwise it is difficult to diagnose.
