Users getting disconnected after Worksite upgrade 8.0 to 8.1.1

After upgrading our Worksite server from 8.0 to 8.1.1 (an easy upgrade with no issues) our client pc's are now getting randomly disconnected from the Worksite server. A disconnnect and reconnect gets them back online for a couple of hours. This is happening to our Mailsite 8.0 and Mailsite 4.x clients.

Any thoughts?

Hi warren, I have seen not exactly but similiar issue, and it was related with a problem with the comunications with the SQL Server, in my case it was cluster of two servers, have you check the connections / comunications with the SQL is ok?

All the connections to the sql server seem fine. No errors in the Worksite logs. For some reason just some individual clients are getting disconnected from the dms server at random times. Its not happening to multiple users at the same time just individual users at random times. We are using trusted authentication. We are testing the network connections between the client pc's and the server too.
