Create Folder Under MailSite's "My Folders" with C#

I would like to create a test document folder and a search folder beneath the "My Folders" item in MailSite using C#. I'm currently playing with the SKD80SampleApplication and working through the 8.0 SDK.

I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. I have access to some old VB 6 code that can create a folder but I'm having difficulty implementing it in .NET.
