"Declare as a Record" - How do I delete
System
I have a document that has been marked "Declare as a Record"
I do not have a option to delete this document (the delete option in the menu is greyed out)even though I have full security rights.

You can't - Worksite prevents records from being deleted even by administrators. You may be able to do something with the records manager if you have that but I have never used it so can't say for sure.

You can roll-back the status of the document changing a value (INDEXABLE field) in the mhgroup.docmaster table, have a look to the tech-note 22006-1514 in the support web site.
