Can iwcmp command be used to compare areas on different stores?

Can anyone tell me if the iwcmp command can be used to compare areas that are on different stores?

Unfortunately, I believe the answer is "no".

I just did a quick test on a 6.1 server I have access to, and all you seem to get back is: Error locating area 2

Can confirm that this still doesn't work in 6.7.1. We were attempting to use this on our newly iwmigrated branches.

Oh well.
