HTDOCS stripping globally

Hi All!

I am sure many of you have probably encountered issue with stripping of HTDOCS so when page gets generated you don't get any htdocs path with in url or images.

Is there a global place where I can implemented it so I don't have to go with in each TPL to include htdocs stripping code.

Any assisted or sample code would be really appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

I dont see any option for this. You need to strip this in your tpl files.

To preview the page in TS you need to use iwproxy_preconnect_remap which will redirect your URL from stripped one to htdocs.

I think it depends a lot on how you set up your branch / workarea directory structure.

If you don't have a top-level directory called htdocs - but instead think of the root of the workarea as-if it were htdocs - then you have nothing to strip away and you only have to be concerned about making sure you deploy the files into htdocs on your webserver.

I do have top level directory called htdocs. With that case, any suggestion on stripping of htdocs globally instead of going through each tpl. Thank you for assistance in advanced.

I'd seriously reconsider your workarea structure, as Fish has said.

or just strip htdocs in TPLs
