No group list showing on “Add workspace Members”

when entering workspace configuration page for calling " add member"
In the po-pup dialog box which be named Add Worksapce members,
if hiberarchy of Trustees are OU-->GROUP-->person,The right panel will not show correct list ,however if hiberarchy of Trustees are OU-->OU-->person,The right panel will show correctly.

Is it a bug ?
Any suggestion?
