Very Slow MediaBin WebService Requests

Hi,

we have a serious performance issue with MediaBin WebService:

We are accessing the MediaBin Repository (Containers, Assets, Renditions) through The Java/SOAP/Webservice-API.

Usually, this this very fast (e.g. ~10 requests/second on our development and staging servers)

On one of our servers (production). Each request takes ~10 seconds.

To exclude any network influence, I installed a webservice client, the MediaBin Web Client and the MediaBin Server on the same server but it still takes 10 seconds for every request (WS method). On the same server, Web Client and Fat Client are both very fast.

The configuration on all three environments is basically the same.

Any ideas?
