User Options Language

Is there a method that could be deployed to change the language setting for all our Worksite users globally?

If not readily available, what is the object that's called when this setting is changed from the Manage|General Options, Language. If that was known, we could set user's browsers to visit a page where this object is called with the required language passed as an arguement, then redirect them to the normal home page.
