I am trying to explore a way to create replicants dynamically using javascript. My DCT has the functionality to copy data from other existing dcrs but in case of replicant, that functionality doesn't work. Is there a way using javascript to overcome that issue by creating and populating replicants dynamically in a DCT?

Assuming you're using TS 6.5 or higher - look at the FormAPI manual - specifically IWItem.addInstance(index, [choice_name]); - there's also a corresponding deleteInstance(index); as well.

I've never used them, but my guess is that these would do what you want.
