<iw_stream> 'Modified By' problem

Hi ,

Using TS 6.5 SP1 Win 2003 .

I am using to create additional jsp from single TPL .

Following is the observations that I have made

1. If we create a new jsp , then the main jsp is created & MODIFIED BY attaribute is 'username of owner' ........file created by 'io_stream' is MODIFIED BY attribute as 'SYSTEM'

2. When I edit the main jsp ...then both the jsps have MODIFIED BY attribute is SYSTEM

Pls let me know ..why this is so ...

also this behavious is not always ..sometimes both the files are created by same user .
