Deployment error : pointing to a wrong target server

Hi,

I moved a LiveSite content from a development server to another. After the move,when deployed(submited), we observe that the content is being deployed to the receiver of the first (source ) server and not to the receiver configured to the second server.
On investigating the default.site file on the second server it was observed to be pointing to the receiver on the first server. I modified the default.site to point to the recreiver of the second server.

This did not help.

As a further check, I created a new site, a page in it and tried to deploy but the result was the same, The deployment was targeted to the receive of the first server.

My further investigations did not lead to a solution, so far.

Please advice.

you need to update your Open deploy Configuration. your etc/odbase.xml needs to point the the new server
