Attach extended attributes through from API's

Hi All,

I want to attach extended attributes to the dcr's when the user saves the dcr. Is there any method available in form API's for the same.
Any pointers would be of great help.

On DCR save trigger IWDatacapture.callServer(). Pass DCR Path as parameter to IWDatacapture.callServer() method. In ur traget file set the attributes to ur DCR with 'iwextattr' command. Thanks

You have to use CallServer method from your FormAPI... but instead of OnSave.... capture the OnSaveValid event.

It would be called only when all your form entries are being validated across your regex and validations; whereas Save would be called as and when clicked.
