ReportCenter and MSSQL2005

I was attempting to install report center and have it talk to an MSSQL 2005 database. During the install it throws an error while creating the schema. I did a little digging after that and discovered that SQL2005 isn't supported yet, but it's fairly obvious what the problem is. The classpath used by the installer is picking up the jar files for the SQL2000 jdbc driver, but not the new driver. I assume there is some process similar to the registry edit for the event subsystem to get it to use the proper driver.

Has anyone been down this road yet? Or am I better off point it at an sql server 2000 machine for now?

You are exactly right. There are instructions about how to do this in the release notes of TeamSite 6.7.1 documentation in the Known Issues section (issue starts on p. 41).
