Probelm with WorkSpace Shortcut Creator

Hi all

I have created a service that should automatically update the firms shortcuts in a particular folder (People Current) It refers to our systems and will add the shortcuts of all those people who report to you and your own record. This works except for 1 problem, people are not removed from the list.

At present the following sets are used to delete all the shortcuts before recreating them

DeleteExistingShortcuts=Y
RetainDays=1

We also create shortcuts for the matters used by the fee earners automatically but not within this folder and these must not be deleted.

This is run as a daily process. The process has run for several days and it is still retaining the old shortcuts.

Any ideas?

I've fixed it. I changed the schedule to 2 days on the Scheduled task and it woerks correctly. I wasn't giving it enough time to recreate before running the next run
