cssdk api to access user properties

Hi,

Are there any functions or api in cssdk, that can be used to access the teamsite groups. My requirement is to find out the teamsite groups that a user belongs to in teamsite. Is this possible through the cssdk api provided, else is there a possible way how this can be done.

Which version you are using?

new cssdk 2.5.0 having this feature.

I might missing the correct cssdk version. I check docs on TeamSite 6.7.

I don't believe this is available in TeamSite 6.5. It must be a new feature of the API in 6.7. I just checked the 6.5 SP1 cssdk java docs and I don't see any method that would provide this information.

Yes and also not with 6.5 SP2, new API is available with 6.7.

If you look for documentation for 6.7 it is:
Interwoven ContentServices SDK Release 3.0
and can be found under IW_HOME/cssdk/docs/cssdk_docs.jar

When I was asked to check this out I found the following. If you would like to use 6.5, you have to implement this for yourself. You have the following options there:
- if you use OS level users/groups
1., java wrapper classes, customer_toolkit
- if you usre TS leve users/groups
1., java wrapper classes, diretly writing the xml files, customer_toolkit
2., java wrapper classes, for the command line utility, customer_toolkit

I would say if you have the chance to upgrade to 6.7, do it and don't waste your time with cutom code ...
