Teamsite install: eventsubsystem files missing

I am trying to install Teamsite 6.7 on windows server 2003 enterprise.
IIS is installed
don't use database

when installing i get the following error;

caught exception: Example File "c:\interwoven\teamsite\eventsubsystem\jmsconfignew.xml.example" not found etc etc etc

Anyone has had this happen and knows what to do?

When you are getting this error? I meant at what step?
sending a snap-shot will be good.
