Is "Deleted Items" containerID a constant?

I'm writing a piece code that iterates through all the containers and backs up/restores permissions. When I hit the "Deleted Items" container, I rec'd an error that I cannot perform those operations. I figured that I will just ignore that folder. So, my question is the "Deleted Items" containerID a constant of {3F15F8E9-577D-495F-817F-A1FC04F96A1E} across all MediaBins? Can the same be said for the root as {EF8CB871-B9DB-426D-B66A-2DE95E11F16F}?

No, but you can determine whether the container is either by calling these methods on the Container object:

IsRoot
IsDeletedItems

They are both exposed from the COM api.
