WorkRoute Trustee Picker

The Trustee Picker in WorkRoute Forms Manager does not allow the user to reorganize user names by moving them up or down. The Trustee Picker in the built-in adhoc workflow, however, does have this functionality. Is there a way to make the WorkRoute Trustee Picker behave like the adhoc review Trustee Picker?
