Open Deploy Issues

Hi,

I used to deploy files to a particular target path onto target servers.
Now that files have to be deployed to another target path I changed the allowed path in the odrcvr file and ran the CLT iwodcmd serverreset.
The log file on receiver says that properties in configuration were refreshed for the files
odrcvr.xml and odnodes.xml.

However the deployment does not succeed when I initiate deployment from Opendeploy UI.The log files on receiver include the error that the "target path is not allowed for deployment". This is the error I get even though I had mentioned the target path in the allowed directories path.

Is there any other configuration that I am missing.
Any pointers/clue would be helpful.

Did you reset the Receiver or the BaseServer?
My experience has been that it's best to completely stop/start the Receiver in order for the changes in the odrcvr.xml file to take effect.
That being said - you also need to make sure that you made the change correctly - simple typo's and OS-specific path referencing differences can often time cause lots of time to be lost trying to chase red-herrings.
