is there a working link to download WDK 16.4?
I tried to open My Support > ECM > Documentum > WDK > Downloads (the address in the link is https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objid=69064233&objaction=open), but there is a message shown:Content Server Error: Error opening Shortcut. [Could not retrieve the original node.]
