I had the same issue and I registed the MBScriptModel.dll again and it worked fine

how did you do it?

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Interwoven, Inc\MediaBin Models\registerModel.bat

I just click the batch file.

Start menu ---> Run ---> regsvr32 ---> Enter

You should have the dll in the directory that you are looking at.
