How to add a folder/directory to a workflow

Greetings all,

I am running TS 6.5.0 SP2 on Solaris, and I have a question about submitting an entire directory during a workflow. I realize that it may not be the best approach, but it will resolve a lot of issues I have with my users not submitting files. I have a folder, with approximately 700 pdf files, that I would like to have submitted during a workflow. I can't seem to find a "AddFolder" or "AddDirectory" task.

Does anyone know how to submit a folder?

You would need to write code that traversed the directory structure and converted it into a list of area-relative paths to the files contained within - and then either use multiple calls to TeamSite::WFtask::AddFile() or potentially one call to TeamSite::WFtask::AddMultipleFiles().

There is no OOTB code doing all this in one step - but it's not that difficult to write the code (and, if you think about it - the use of iwlistmod will probably save you a considerable amount of time and give you better results than traversing the directory tree yourself)
