Sitemap issue after upgrading TS from 7.2 to 16.2

Recently we have installed new TS 16.2 on Windows server 2012 and migrated the stores from old TS 7.2 to 16.2 by using robocopy.
All content copied across without any issue and its visible under content tab. But when I swtiched to Sitemap tab I can't see my sitemap entries. I checked the contnet_center log and found out below log entry:

ERROR com.interwoven.livesite.business.BusinessSiteMap () - Sitemap ID is out of synch sith Site should be [i54m6jne]
//IISServer/default/main/test/psrbackup/WORKAREA/myworkarea/sites/mysite/default.sitemap

I manually edited default.site for above workarea and submitted the file but still I can see error in logfile. Any one have knowledge how to resolve this issue or how to migrate sitemap.

Other than that, two options.

call support, the structure may have changed.
Make a new site, copy the files in, with the exception of the sitemap, using an XML editor merge the two files, keeping the outer portion. I have done that before, merging sitemaps. It is tedious but possible. The IDs must always be unique on the system.

Check your extended attributes on the defauilt.sitemap. The LiveSiteID should match the id in the sitemap XML:

TeamSite/LiveSite/Id: feytwbt1

When you used Robocopy you lost all the extended attributes. You need to write a script to get those as well. this may not be your only issue.

Around 200+ default.sitemap has the issue and when compared with old server most of them has the EA already set.

Also we have proper name in "TeamSite/LiveSite/Id" section for default.sitemap but in logs id is showing something like you have mentioned "feytwbt1".

Also in error "Sitemap ID is out of synch sith Site should be" what is this sith?

I am getting one more error as "com.interwoven.livesite.common.web.tags.javascript.JavascriptCombine () - doAfterBody: could not create the output folder: d :\Autonomy\ApplicationContainer\standalone\deployments\iw-cc.war\livesite\javascript\combine-output". Is this related to my sitemap issue?

Did you look at the main node of the sitemap:

site-map id="feytwbt1" Version="3.1.1.0"

That ID should be the same as the EA.

You can try to change both to i54m6jne which is the one in the error.

I am not certain what the "sith" error implies I have not seem that one before.

I have checked and site-map id's are same as the EA. When compared with old server, other EA are also present.

I will try to modify both EA and site-map and see if this will resolve the issue or not.

Please share if you have anything else on this issue.

I have change both site-map id's and EA with id which was coming as an error in log file and now my sitmemap tab is showing some sites . But not sure by updating Livesite ID manually will create any issue.
