error while data deploying xml to DB...

Hi All,
I am facing an issue while deploying custom xml to database.

here is what my xml looks like..

and my ddcfg looks like this..

the path to xml file is well passed.
not sure what goes wrong but the DD does not deploy any rows and status says completed.

any help is appreciated..
