Deployment Group by user?

We are on OD 602 (W2003 server) with TS 6.5 SP1 (W2K SP4 servers).

When we upgraded to OD 602, we created the deployment groups and then gave individual users access to the deployment groups (or in some cases, individual deploys).

It would be nice to look up a deployment group and see WHO has access to deploy the deploys within that group. Otherwise, we have to look up each user (there could be up to 50) and see if each one has that deployment group in their Authorized Deployment group, which is time consuming.

It would also be nice and more efficient to select a deployment group and then have a drop-down list (or something) to select all the users to add their access to deploy out of the group (and similar for removing access to a deployment group).

Does anyone else find this process cumbersome?

How do I submit this idea for a future OD suggestion or enhancement?

To ensure that it's filed - you contact Interwoven Support (by phone or web - I'd actually recommend web here) and open up a support case to have a feature request filed with the details you just posted).

However - usually the OD product managers and/or engineers tend to visit these forums - so perhaps one of them will take care of filing it and let you / us know what the id is.

Your call - you can be proactive and do it yourself via support, or wait for someone else to hopefully do it for you.
