Group Task (TS 6.5 , win 2000)

In the file attached - user_name has to be a user variable where as 'Domain\ ' is constant.
Please suggest some method for the same.

WF reads a file of a list of approvers, this list is populated in the CGI that starts up with the WF. The user selects the approver from the list and the WF continues.

Please re-read the manuals - carefully.

And the string "Domain\" should be considered as being in italics - i.e. replace Domain\ with your actual Windows Domain for the user account.

If you're not on Windows - then there is no domain.
If you're on Windows and the selection list values from which you chose already have the domain information attached - you do not need to prepend it at all.

That is not a use case. That is code. Either say what it is doing and what you want it to do, or start from scratch, tell us what you are trying to do and we can offer suggestions. This stuff is VERY basic.

I do not know about others, but I do not have time to load this into a WF and see what it is doing and debug for you. If you tell us what it is doing wrong, then someone can more easily help.
