Workroute - No Servers ready or accessible at this time

Hi,

I just installed the workroute and configure it.
But when i open it using the link:

http://localhost:8080/workroute

It shows me this error after its loading the page:

No Servers Ready or accessible at this time

Failed to initialize in method "WFsessionImp.getListOfServers'.
Failed to initialize in method 'getListOfServers'.
Failed to initialize in method 'ModelConnect.getRegistry'
RMI initialization failed. (rmi://:0)

Anybody can help me please?

Did you checked service started?

Well the workroute services is UP, and also the CMS.

Could be the installation is not clean?

I meant WorkRouteMP service from Configuration Manager.

If you can write a bit more about what you have done (configuration), will be helpful to track the problem. You can also refer Installation and Configuration details in WorkRoute Installation guide.

OK.

I'm using Worksite MP Web Components Version 4.1.0.1.2

Worksite MP Server Version 4.1

Database: SQL 2000

OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, SP1

Webserver: Tomcat and IIS

FYI, the Database are installed in a different machine. I'm only installing this for a playground, before moving to development and to production.

Problem:

I'm installing the Workroute Version 4.0 (WSMP4.1SP1_PB9_WorkRoute). When i try to open the Template Designer from http://localhost:8080/workroute, it giving me a message:

No Servers Ready or accessible at this time

Failed to initialize in method "WFsessionImp.getListOfServers'.
Failed to initialize in method 'getListOfServers'.
Failed to initialize in method 'ModelConnect.getRegistry'
RMI initialization failed. (rmi://:0)

This is the second time i did a clean installation.
Can you tell me is there any steps that i miss?

I already create the DB, and run the scripts. From the DB Status log, it doesn't show me any error.

The weird this is, this problem only happen in certain machine only?

Whats the requirement to access the template designer?

This could be a Java plug-in issue. Please refer "Configuring the Client Browser" on page 11 in WSMP Install guide.

Template Designer details are also available.

Do you remember that I tell you about my problem in WorkRoute, I have the same problem than this guy but I cannot start the service, if I do it stills red and never turns green. I have the same pop up but at least I can see the templates, so, it's not the JVM but something about the installation or WorkRoute database,
