Approve Activity Data & Reject Activity Data

Dear members,

In page 434 of TemplateDesigner.pdf (WorkRoute MP), there are "Approve activity data" and "Reject activity data" buttons. May I know are these two buttons built-in? What are they used for and how do they work? Please advice, thank you!

Hi,

i cant find the pg no 434 in template designer.pdf since it contain only 162 pages but i think u r saying about approve and reject button .Those are not inbuilt button becoz those are the action(specifying in arrow) u providing in the workflow template design.

Sorry, I meant the Approve Activity Data & Reject Activity Data on page 107 . I think the features that you mention, Accept & Reject a process activity, are on page 112. Please advice, thank you!
