Setting Timers for Activities

Hi members,

I have a question regarding workflows' activity timers. It it possible to customize the forms so that the users would be able to set the timer for an activity from the UI during the workflow execution rather than setting it in the workflow template? This would allow them to set the due of activities by themselves rather than have to modify the workflow template when any need of changes arise..Thanks for your help Smiley Happy

It might be possible but you need to check the WOM API, at what extend it can support/help you.

Activity timers use values stored in UDA's to trigger the event. When I'm not mistaking you should be able to set these values in a couple of ways (through the API of course as Nicholas suggested, but also throught script and maybe even through workflow form variables).
