Tying workflow process to a project folder

Hi members,

A question regarding workflow processes. As I understand, workflow templates will be uploaded to the workspace level right? So if we have a couple of project folders in the workspace, when we initiate a new workflow process, in the step 2 of Create New Process (training manual, page 366), is it possible to list down the project names instead of typing the name of the new process? This is so that the workflow would be tied to the projects that we have. Appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

there is a way where you can replace the captions, say for examples, you can make workspace=project, so now on your workspaces will be called project. You can also do this for other captions as well, this is just a example.

Though, this will not change the internal functionality, its just on UI replacement to give meaningful names.
