TeamSite UI is not coming up - HTTP Status 404 - /iw-cc/command/iw.ui error
Teamsite version - 7.3
Unix platform.
TeamSite was running fine for long time, only after restarting today it is not coming up giving "HTTP Status 404 - /iw-cc/command/iw.ui
" error.
In iwjboss log getting below log at the end.
09:36:25,767 INFO [[/iw-basicreportcenter]] Initializing Log4J from [/interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/./deploy/iw-basicreportcenter.war/WEB-INF/log4j.properties]
09:36:25,804 INFO [[/iw-basicreportcenter]] Loading Spring root WebApplicationContext
09:44:52,225 INFO [[/iw/eventsubsystem]] Creating TeamSite_User topic session: not transacted, auto ack
09:44:52,283 INFO [[/iw/eventsubsystem]] Creating TeamSite_System topic session: not transacted, auto ack
09:44:52,284 INFO [[/iw/eventsubsystem]] Creating TeamSite_Workflow topic session: not transacted, auto ack
Tried, iwreset -ui restart, jboss and iwserver restart with the same result.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That is not telling us anything.
Log on the instance and run:
curl localhost:8080/iw-cc/command/iw.ui
What happens ? If you get
curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
Then JBOSS is not running and you need to look through the logs more, if you get a response then iwwebd is not running and you need to debug why.

Thanks Andy for your reply. I got it fixed now. The issue was that the database was hanging. In the log we did not find anything except jboss log was stopped writing after "[[/iw-basicreportcenter]] Loading Spring root WebApplicationContext" line. After database is fixed, restarting teamsite restored the UI.
Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
