upload problem with single user

I have a user who is having problems uploading certain files, about 3-5 megs in size with 7.5. This is well under the 15MB limit we have told to our users. No other users have experienced this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

One suggestion is to make sure that the user has been given write permissions on the drive that the launchpad cache area has been set. This has been an issue on our company laptops as user permissions are not set on the primary drive.
