My Requirement : Add "ACL delete activity" if the Workflow's last activity is a auto activity. How to know either Documentum workflow's last activity is a auto activity or manual activity ?

Are you trying to add activity without opening process designer? If so, this is not possible. However, if you open workflow template in process designer, you can see what the last activity and insert your ACL delete activity appropriately.
