Page level restriction for creating new dcr

I want to restrict the user to create a new DCR.Admin will provide the page
acess to user so user can create new DCR only for those pages on which he or she have access and if the user will try to create new dcr for those pages on which he or she don't have the rights new dcr option should be disable.

Do your requirements differ signifcantly from those posted in [thread=16529]this thread[/thread]?

If so - please try to elaborate more fully.

My guess is that you're going to be looking at a fair amount of customization / including coding - as I don't believe that what you want comes easily out-of-the-box, but without more detail (including the version of TS you are using) it is difficult to provide reasonable solutions.

Administrator of teamsite will provides all the rights to user with help

Again - this requires customization on your part - I suggest you read Nipper's post's that are pretty much on the same subject - perhaps you and he can pool resources to come up with a nifty solution.
