ContentServices SDK Release 3.0

Is this public now? I can's see it under my profile, but I've seeen that 6.7 is based on this. Are there any documentation? As I see from the javadocs workflow part has changed a lot, is there any cookbook for that?

From what I was told from product management, there will be no cs sdk 3.0 release. All you have to go on is the javadocs.
