I changed a user to "Standard Only" and then realized that it should have been "Professional Only" after they logged in.

So I changed them from "Standard Only" to "Professional Only" but the change isn't taking effect.

I even had them log out of their PC completely and log back in. Still they see the standard interface.

How do I get the change to take effect?

Seems you have to do a reset for role changes to take effect.
