Solaris 10 will only reboot with a "boot -r"
Ed1
All,
We have now rolled out two Teamsite 6.7 on Solaris 10 and both have a fault where the only way you can reboot the server is with a "reboot -r" otherwise the disks getting into an infinite loop of syncing and checking.
Has anyone else come accross this and no a fix or if it causes other issues we have still to discover?
We have also installed a blackpatch provided by Teamsite and this did not help
Ed

This Solaris10-specific issue is fixed in 6.7.1.

With TS 6.7 on solaris 10, kernel panic happens if u reboot the machine multiple times after installing TS 6.7. This bug has been fixed in TS 6.7.1.
Workaround for this is to boot in single user mode. Then deleting 'iwovwfs' present under /usr/kernel/drv/sparcv9/ brings the machine up.
